herceptin and gemzar?

Has anyone had good results with herceptin and Gemzar? What side effects? I am starting this combination this coming week. NAvelbine worked well with herceptin 5 years ago, but this time caused serious side effects, so we have to find something else. Herceptin alone is not doing the trick as tumors are growing. Any experiences and suggestions? Thank you!! TriciaK
