DiaGenic ASA announces subsequent offering of 60,000,000 shares

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 3 November 2010 and the prospectus dated 2 November 2010 regarding a subsequent offering of up to 60,000,000 offer shares in DiaGenic ASA each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05, at a subscription price of NOK 0.50 per share with subscription rights for shareholders of the Company as of 6 October 2010, except shareholders who were allocated shares in the private placement completed on 6 October 2010.
