I just came across the "Daily Plate or My Plate" tool at livestrong.com. It is an online food journal and it is free. You can also participate in "Dares" which are challenges designed to provide motivation and inspiration for any goal you would like to set for yourself. This and others like it (sparkpeople.com is another) offer a convenient way to track your nutritional intake, physical activity while also providing an internet community of support.
