How do they check for new skin mets?

I have two darker red spots on my back surrouned by a large patch of lighter discolored skin. Maybe it is from hot showers and no moisturizers on skin. I think I remember the two darker spots looking blue last week. I thought they were two bruise.

I will call my onco tomorrow.

Should I expect a look and see or a biopsy?

Does it look like the first IBC spot?

A good dermatologist can check for skin mets and should be able to do a biopsy if that is what you prefer.
