With the holiday season upon us, I thought maybe we could come up with a day and time to pay tribute to all of the special women we have lost on this board and their families.

I was thinking Friday the 21st at 7pm. What do you all think?

Count me in. It would be very nice to remember our sister warriors, who are now looking down on us. Bllesings to you all, Jeanette

A very lovely idea. Our heavenly warriors gave their very best to us always. It would be such an privilege to honor them one evening with prayer and a candle lit.
I'll be there! ma

I wanna, I wanna!! Count Mighty Oak and me in, although we always have a special vigil for our lost Warriors it will be special with us ALL celebrating the lives of these spectular family members whose courageous journies help us to become the Warriors we are!!>>Believe51

PS: I even have a candle reserved already for my Angels, we bought it special for them weeks ago.

It is bitter sweet especially around the holidays to think of those we now

Definitely count me in. What a wonderful gesture Karen. Thanks for thinking of it. May our thoughts be with those we lost and our prayers be with the families that our left behind.

God's Peace to you,

I'm always the nit picker. What time zone? I want us to be all together in this!
Love & hugs,

Hi Marlys
I always wonder the same thing about time zones.
Andi told me once to always assume it is EST.
That will be 6pm my time.

Thanks again for all of those pictures.

Hey Karen! Would it work to just keep it at 7pm where ever we are. That would have 4 hours of prayer for our warrior angels! Whatever you think! I have been so blessed already to know that we will be praying for those who have left us this year! I miss them so and know that their families could use some special prayer at the holidays. Thank you for suggesting this. Just let us know and we'll light our candles and send up our prayers! ma

I think that is a great idea Mary Anne. I know our thoughts and prayers will be heard no matter what time we send them.

By the way... I love your swinging angel.

Is there a place on this Board where we could honour
the sisters we have lost....some kind of honour roll.
I think it would be nice to be able to look back and
see their faces, or least their names and, if possible,
read some of their posts. Maybe it could
be called "Forget-me-nots" or something like that.
Just wondering....

Andi,

I really can't take credit for the candle --it was entirely Pink Girl's doing. And I personally think it's a wonderful tribute.

I would like to add Lyn and Jeanette (I think her screen name was, sick of it) to the list.

Don't forget about Hope. And Clisa from Canada.

What was the name of the gal from Hawaii??

I have a brass angel chimes with 4 candles that I shall light and the heat will make the little angels go around and hit the two chimes. It was my Grandma's.
