Anyone on Lexapro?

I would like to know if any of you are on Lexapro for depression. I just got my prescription and want to know the best time to take it - morning or evening?? I'm on Tykerb/Xeloda now. Thanks.

Yes - no side effects at all as long as I take it daily - never miss a day and don't let your prescription run out.

My doctor told me to take it around dinner time. He said it would help some with sleep.

That sounds great - I take most of my meds in the mornings - I may try that to see if it helps with sleep. Hope it works well for you.

I have been taking Lexapro for about 6 months. I have had no side affects, and it definitely has improved my quality of life. I take mine in the morning so I don't forget. I have had no noticeable drowsiness.
