experience with hsp90 inhibitors?

Does anyone have any personal experience with hsp90 inhibitors? A doctor at Sloan is strongly recommending that I look into one of their trials for Caryn. I'm asking her Onc to call Sloan to discuss since he'll be better able to decipher the info but I am hoping that he and the dr there are on the same page so Caryn and I don't have to act as the tie breaker. :-)
