Upcoming Ask-the-Expert Online Conference: Living with Metastatic Breast Cancer

Join us Monday, October 22nd between 9:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time for our Ask-the-Expert Online Conference, "Living with Metastatic Breast Cancer." Guest speaker Larry Norton, M.D. and conference moderator Marisa Weiss, M.D. will answer your questions about managing day-to-day life with metastatic breast cancer.

Larry Norton, M.D. is Deputy Physician-in-Chief and director of breast cancer programs at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. In addition, Dr. Norton has served as chairman of the Medical Advisory Board of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation since its beginning in 1993. Dr. Norton's research includes the study of breast cancer genes as well as targeting growth factor receptors as a way of slowing or shrinking tumors.

Our conference moderator will be Marisa Weiss, M.D., Founder and President of breastcancer.org (http://breastcancer.org/). Dr. Weiss is a radiation oncologist specializing in breast cancer, and serves as Director of Breast Radiation Oncology at Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood, Pa. She is the author of "Living Beyond Breast Cancer." Dr. Weiss received the 2003 Professor of Survivorship Award from the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and was selected as Doctor of the Year 2005 by Philadelphia Magazine.
