Just got news of my move to Stage IV........it certainly kicks you in the head but you have no idea how good it made me feel to know you have had 8 years in Stage IV. Please do not give up now - my hunch is forget wheatgrass and go for whatever makes you feel good (that would be chocolate for me). Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and I am counting on you to pull through this round as inspiration to the rest of us just entering the Stage IV arena. God bless.
