Digestive distress w/ letrozole

Does anyone know of a medication that can help with the terrible cramping and distress in my entire digestive tract in 3rd week of letrozole post infusion chemotherapy x3, surgery and radiation x2?

The medication Zantac or Nexium may assist...it has for me who has experienced epigastric pain and tenderness with chemo

I was diagnosed with Breast ca in August 06- Grade 3- oestrogen and progesterone negative but Her positive with 10 /28 positive nodes- underwent axillary clearance...completed 4 cycles (three weekly) of A/C and now undergoing Taxotere for four cycles at same time as Herceptin ( 12 months-three weekly) with radiotherapy to occur daily over five weeks after Taxotere completed.
