OT-Sort Of--Night Sweats

OK since Chemo has thown me into complete menapause, I haev been having horrible night sweats and flashes.

I was told to try the Chillow Pillow. Has anyone here ever used one of these and if so did it work?? I would hate to buy one and it be a piece of garbage.

The chillo pillow is great! I would highly recommend it.

I have a fan blowing on me at night. I turn it on/off several times. Chemopause was the worst. I had the chillow, but my dog ate it. I didn't like how it felt.
