IRENE FROM TAMPA

I have spent the last 4 weeks investigating all of my possibilities for trial, EAP, etc.
Does anyone know if a person would be disqualified for getting the EAP use if there are still Tykerb open trials in the area.
My doctors office, which has already sent in there paperwork, was questioning this (I think their packett they received from Glaxo say's something to that effect. The co-cordinator in the office has left several messages since last week to Glaxo and has not received a call back. She wants to be sure she does not have us waiting around not taking any chemo and then it turns out we can't due to this technicallity.
I called and spoke with someone from that number we have on this site and she said she did not think it did unless we were already in a trial, which I knew.
I just wondered if anyone had an answer to that question.
