Melissa Etheridge on "Oprah" TV show

Etheridge (musician) is a breast cancer survivor; I think she was diagnosed just last year. She will be a guest on the show tmw (Thurs). Just FYI, in case you were interested.

there is also a story about her in my new Coping magazine. I read the article, but it really doesn't say much. She hasn't came out and said what kind it was or anything. I think i read somewhere where she did have one pos node

I TiVoed the show and saw it last night. Melissa did talk about her breast cancer, but it was more about her perspective on BC through her journey. Nothing technical about her treatments. As for as treatment goes, she mentioned only about the portcath & showed Oprah her port scar. (I couldn't tell if it was still there, as it was a quick look from the camera.
