My mom's has been read as 1.89 on initial biopsy and 2.02 on surgery.
Does aFISH at these lvels suggest anything?

Rich, I believe with the FISH assay any reading over 2 is considered strongly Her2+ and therefore use of Herceptin would be warranted when dealing with metastatic disease.
