be currently be undergoing chemotherapy,

or just have completed chemotherapy.

The site simply says I've already taken this survey--which I haven't. Maybe they have enough people???

I had the same problem. The site said that I had already taken the survey. I wonder if the site recognizes the link as a previous visitor?

Tried to find another portal of entry from the home page at Nexus, but couldn't find a link.
