Does this number have ramifications regarding hormonal therapy effectiveness (in Er+)or Herceptin responese?

Hi Rich,
Everything I've read suggests the higher the HER2 rating, the least effective hormonal therapy will be. HER2 seems to be a stronger influence in carcinogenisis that estrogen or progesterone.
