1. A man (customer) at my local health food store said he was using Lifetime Youth Glow Anti Aging formula which is 500 mg acetyl-l-carnitine and 200 mg alpha lipoic acid. He said this gave him a lot of energy. $18.89 per bottle
Then, I noticed in the Cancer Nutrition Centers of America that they sell these vitamins, too. So, I thought it might help us if they have it in their catalog. I only buy their Immunomax multiple vitamin (and may buy others later). Can anyone tell me if they use the acetyl-l-carnitine/alpha lipoic acid and if it helps her2 women? I don't want to do the reverse and hurt myself.
2. I saw discussion on oleic acid at this site. Can this be found in foods or is this a supplement?
3. Can you just put turmeric on your food to help or is the zyflamend or turmeric force better?
Thanks.
