article about hormone neg cancer

The article that was posted earlier from mdanderson about how hormone neg cancers appear to respond better to chemo, i wonder if this news is meant for hormone neg cancers that are her2 neg? I was really excited about the article until i realized it probably doesn't include her2 pos cancer. What do all of you think about the article?
