I found that there is a higher concentration of oleic acid in Omega 3,6,9 supplements. The one that I am taking has 312mg of oleic acid. I went to a health food store, looked for omega 9 and picked the one with the highest oleic acid

Thank you both for the info. I will check it out for the omega 9's. At first I was a little leary on oils that contain linoleic acid but it contains omega 3's. It's all about balance.
