DX May 2001 (left Breast)
Lumpectomy June 5 '01
Masectomy June 9 '01
Reconstruction of left Breast w/tram flap Oct '02
Right Breast Lift in April '03
5 Nodes out of 10 Positive
Estrogen and Progesterone Negative
Her 2 3.0+++ strong
Ductal Invasive Carcinoma with a high grace of 3-
Started Chemo in June of '01. Had 4 rounds of Adriamyacin with Cytoxin followed by 4 rounds of Taxol (the last round of taxol was given with Herceptin).
Right after Taxol I had 7 weeks of radiation while taking Herceptin once a week.
Completed once a week Herceptin in November of '02 and my oncologist stated I would continue with Herceptin once every three weeks for two more years. I will complete this in November of '04.
I have no mets and have had no recurrence as of this date and take one day at a time.
