Thanks for your kind advice. I really appreciate that you would take the time to write back. I've been so sick today with this headache, and I am going to call my oncologist in the morning. I too had some odd symptoms, like strange lack of feeling down my arm and a stiff neck on the same side not long ago. Both can be symptoms of brain mets NOT associated with bad headaches. I had some mild headache as well.
My med onc did not fool around - got me in for the first available opening and all was well. I did not put myself through the stress of any more worry and anxiety than necessary - not good either!
I had to pay a co-pay for that MRI, but it was worth it - as I had not had a brain MRI in 2 years.
