problems getting to this website

hello. used to be able to just put cursor on subject categories and icon would allow me to open up that particular category. Now, I need to mess around with tab key. any advice out there?

I have the same problem if I try to use Explorer, I can't get to anything. It has been like this for about a month or so. If I use Safari I don't have the same problem. Maybe Joe can enlighten us.
