I had Adriamycin in 1999 when 1st diagnosed, so that could be a factor.
You may have to push your onc into orderig an echo or muga. Symptoms you can watch for are SOB; swelling in both lower legs/feet/ankles. Try not to worry over this since many on Herceptin have not had problems and your heart can recver with a break from Herceptin. Hope this helps. Hugs Velva
