And with my very bad and fast spread, my prognosis was poor. I took the drugs and they did their work. I also maintain on Herceptin every 3 weeks and Zometa now every 6 weeks. I see my med onc every 3 months, unless I have a reason to see him more often (not lately!). I am now having an abdominal CT every 6 months, a brain MRI annually.
