The HER2 Support Group site is designed for informative, educational and supportive purposes only and is a qualified tax exempt under section 501(A) of the Internal Revenue Code as described in section501(c)(3). It is incorporated under the laws of the State of California as a nonprofit public benefits corporation for public and charitable purposes. It is not intended to provide medical advice or professional services. The site should not be used for diagnosing or treating any health problems as that is the responsibility of a health professional. The HER2 Support Group, ISP, search engines nor anyone associated with this site is not responsible for errors, misuse, misinformation generated by this site. We reserve the right to edit or remove any posted submission at our discretion. All posts to the guest books, boards, etc. become the ownership and rights of the HER2 Support Group. Posts are not to be copied or distributed unless with permission from the site Webmaster. No request for personal information will be allowed, nor will surveys. All moneys and donations to the HER2 Support Group are used to remain current with technology for the benefit of our on-line breast cancer survivors. An accounting will be made of all funds collected and be made available for inspection at 6973 Mimosa Drive, Carlsbad, CA 92011. All rights reserved.

Using our Message Boards

When you use the Message Boards you will be required to register and will be given access to Post and Reply to information there. You must understand:

  • All your comments and posts are available to be viewed by the public.
  • You must be approved before you can become a member.

How we use cookies

No personal information provided to the HER2 Support Group as well as our membership information will be shared with any other person, business or group. All comments, questions, answers, advise and information provided by persons who sign and read the guestbook are strictly their own and are not the position of the Webmaster nor anyone else except themselves. Unsolicited contact of any survivor's post for anything other than one on one support, particularly for monetary gain is illegal.
